Talk to a working operator.

Commissioning a capture, enquiring about training, or working out whether a job is worth doing. The fastest way forward is a direct message. It's read by the same person who'd run the job, replied to the same business day.

Real operator, not a sales layer

Send us a message.

A few lines is enough. We don't need a fully-scoped brief to start the conversation. The first reply comes from the same person who'd run your job or take your intake.

    After you hit send

Four steps. Real people at every one.

The same considered, attentive approach we bring to a commercial capture, applied from the very first reply. Whether you're commissioning a job or booking a course, the path looks the same.

    01

    Your message lands with us.

It goes straight to a real inbox. No chatbot filters it. No junior triages it. It arrives with the person who'd actually run the job or take the intake.

    Same instant
    02

    You get a real reply.

We read it, think about what you've asked, and reply personally. With a clear next step, an honest assessment, or a couple of questions if we need more context.

    Same business day
    03

    A short conversation.

For a capture brief: the asset, the decision it needs to support, the accuracy that matters, the format the client needs. For a training enquiry: where you're starting from, which course fits, what the timeline looks like. Either way the call is short, usually fifteen minutes, sometimes thirty.

    Typically 15 to 30 minutes
    04

    An honest path forward.

For a capture brief: a written fixed-price quote, itemised, no obligation. For a training enquiry: a clear course recommendation, the next available intake, and a payment path that suits. If we can't help, we say so and point you somewhere that can.

    What people ask us most.

These are the questions that come up most often, the answers we find ourselves giving again and again. If yours isn't here, ask it in the form above.

Which course fits, short form or long form?

The short form is the entry point. The long form is the full path. Same instructors, same field day, same standard. The difference is depth and where you stop.

Short form: three days, two credentials, from $2,490 ex GST. Flight preparation, one live field day, a processing introduction, and a completed deliverable set. For career-changers, tradies, and pilots testing the water before committing to the full five days.

Long form: five days, three credentials, from $3,990 ex GST. Everything in the short form plus the software depth, the own-data pipeline, the extraction layer, and the PIX4D certification exam. The commercial path.

If you're not sure, the short form is the honest answer. You can step up to the long form at Day 4 of the next intake within 14 days of finishing, and the upgrade credit applies. That decision is built into the structure precisely so nobody has to get it right on the first go.

When's the next intake, and how do I book?

New intake every two weeks. Ten seats maximum per cohort. Confirmed dates sit on the Upcoming Intakes page and are updated the moment a seat lands.

Short form: enrol straight into a scheduled intake. Paid in full at checkout, card, Klarna, or Afterpay. No deposit path.

Long form: reserve with a $1,000 deposit and confirm your exact date at least two weeks before Day 1. Balance is invoiced on intake confirmation, or can be spread through Afterpay.

If the date you want isn't showing, ask. Additional intakes can usually be scheduled within six weeks.

How quickly will I hear back?

Same business day, every time. Enquiries received during Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm AEST get a personal reply before the end of the day. Anything received after hours gets a reply by 10am the next business day.

If you've sent an enquiry and haven't heard back within that window, check your spam folder, but also feel free to give us a call.

Will I get a quote straight away?

Usually. Simple enquiries typically get a written fixed-price quote within 24 hours. More complex jobs benefit from a short conversation first, so the quote reflects what you actually need rather than a guess.

Either way, the quote is fixed price and itemised.

Do I need to have everything figured out before I get in touch?

Not at all. Some of our best work has come from enquiries that started with "I'm not sure if this is even possible but..." That's what the first conversation is for.

The same goes for training. If you don't know which course you need, or whether you're ready for one at all, say so. We'll tell you honestly.

Can you work with clients outside South East Queensland?

Yes. Australia-wide for the right project, and internationally where the brief justifies it. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately and itemised clearly. Some of our most interesting work has been delivered well outside SEQ.

Training intakes in South East Queensland are the standard. Every site sits within one hour of Brisbane, the Gold Coast, or the Sunshine Coast.

Is there a minimum job size?

No hard minimum, but pricing is designed around full-scope engagements. If your enquiry is genuinely small, we'll tell you honestly, and often point you to a quicker solution than commissioning a full capture.

    Is my enquiry confidential?

Yes. Anything you share with us stays between us. We don't republish client details, project outcomes, or enquiry specifics without written permission. And we're happy to sign an NDA where the situation calls for it.

See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
